Vikings vs. 49ers

This game features the return of running back Adrian Peterson to the Minnesota Vikings lineup after missing most of last season.  Peterson is poised to have a big game but even if he doesn’t, his presence should give quarterback Teddy Bridgewater a great play action threat and help open up the Vikings passing game.

The 49ers have a new head coach in Jim Tomsula, who replaced Jim Harbaugh.  The 49ers are coming off of a down season and they’ve lost some key members of their defense.  I think they will be solid on defense but I think they’ve lost just enough for the Vikings to have the advantage.

The Vikings will win a close one on the road.
