28.  Eli Harold, OLB – Virginia: (6-4, 250) Projected Round – 1st-2nd.  Eli Harold had a good performance at the NFL Combine and he should now be on the Washington Redskins radar.  There is a need to add depth at the outside linebacker position and if the Redskins trade down, Harold will be a player they look at.    LW # 25

27.  Breshad Perriman, WR – UCF: (6-2, 212) Projected Round – 1st-2nd.  Breshad Perriman recently ran a 4.26 forty yard dash at his pro day and this has sent him soaring up draft boards.  His combination of size and speed could be useful to the Redskins offensive.    LW # NR
