4.  Mark Trestman – Chicago Bears

2014 Record:  3-6

Week 10 – The Bears were blown away on the road by the Packers 55-14.

It’s so ironic that Marc Trestman was brought in to replace Lovie Smith when Smith was fired after posting a 10-6 record in 2012.  And yet Trestman hasn’t been able to produce a winning program in each of the last two seasons.  He went 8-8 last season and so far is 3-6 in 2014.

He has plenty of talent on offense, but hasn’t been able to find a way to get them to play consistently.  Part of the problem may be quarterback Jay Cutler and the defense doesn’t have the playmakers that it did when Smith was there.  But if Trestman can’t find a way to win some games this season, he might not be around much longer.  LW # 4
