3.  Mike Smith – Atlanta Falcons

2014 record:  3-6

Week 10 – The Falcons got a division win on the road over the Buccaneers 27-17.

The Falcons record is 7-24 ever since they lost in the 2012 NFC Championship game, and that is a disturbing trend for Mike Smith.  The Falcons just simply aren’t responding to him this season, and although there is good talent on offense, the defensive front seven is severely lacking.

Part of the reason for that is that GM Thomas Dimitroff has failed to address the fact that the team has no pass rushers and this has been evident since 2012.  Yet they’ve done nothing about it.  Mike Smith is a good coach but it appears as though his time is drawing to close in Atlanta.    LW # 3
