5. Gus Bradley – Jacksonville Jaguars

2014 Record:  1-8

Week 10 – The Jaguars were defeated in London by the Dallas Cowboys 31-17.

Gus Bradley did better in his first season as Jaguars head coach than he has so far in his second.  In 2013 the Jaguars went a surprising 4-12, yes they weren’t really expected to win that many games, and Bradley had them playing very competitive football near the end of the season.

But in 2014 the Jaguars have only mustered one win out of eight and if Bradley doesn’t get things going soon then he may find himself in trouble.  To his credit he has a rookie quarterback in Blake Bortles who is struggling right now, and his defense doesn’t have much talent.  So if Bradley can win a few more games he should be back next season.  LW # 5
