4.  Quarterbacks – After a sophomore slump, starting quarterback Robert Griffin III is looking to bounce back in 2014.  He’s had a healthy offseason and is reported to have gotten back much is of his explosive ability as a runner.  So it’s expected that RGIII will have a much better season in 2014 than last season in Jay Gruden’s offense.  Backup Kirk Cousins also slumped last season, but Gruden’s offense may be a better fit for him as well.  The Redskins signed Colt McCoy as the third quarterback.
