2. Henry Melton, DT – Dallas Cowboys: (6-3, 295), 4-years – $29 million, Age: 27 – The Cowboys lost Jason Hatcher in free agency and gained Henry Melton.  Melton is recovering from a torn ACL he suffered last season with the Bears, but when healthy is one of the top defensive tackles in the NFL.
