Andre Carter had been a staple with the Redskins and the DC area from 2006 up until his release early this year.  Catch up with him on this radio interview he did with Backfield Radio on how he has been doing, his workout routine, what he thinks about his old coaches, and if he still keeps up with his former local ties.

For Dockery, he had been penciled in as the pre-season starter but was releaced by Kory Lichtensteiger by week three.  Despite being deposed, he remained well mannered and finished his run as a Redskin as a class act.

Andre Carter was also well liked by the media.  He came from San Francisco where he felt out of place in their 3-4 scheme, hoping to fit in to Gregg Williams’s aggressive defensive style.   He did well in his position and in 2009 posted 11 sacks.
