<p>A Redskins blog &#8220;HTTR 24-7&#8243; posted a blog that had a video created by Chris and Huly Lopez (famously known on Extremeskins). In the video, Lopez is seen asking Roger Goodell how the Redskins, among other teams, would get fined the night before the 2012 Free Agency period for transactions in an uncapped year, with contracts approved by the league.</p>
<p>Goodell simply stated that it was to protect the competitive nature of an &#8220;uncapped&#8221; year.  For months now we have known this to be a ridiculous contradiction.</p>

<p>Despite his National Championship performance and catfish fame, he is a solid linebacker who has demonstrated leadership abilities.  Is this a move you make?</p>
