It is a very difficult time for Redskin fans. I have been a fan of the Washington Redskins since George Allen Took them to their first Super Bowl. In all of those years, I have never seen the franchise at a lower point than it is right now.

New HC Jay Gruden was brought in to tutor Robert Griffin III as a  QB guru. Instead the Redskins have suffered through a merry-go-round at the QB position due to injuries and ineffectiveness. From Griffin to Kirk Cousins to Colt McCoy to Griffin to McCoy to Griffin it goes.

Through all of this change and turmoil, the Redskins have lacked leadership above all else. Without proper leadership, no organization can achieve lasting success. Here is what I would like to see the Redskins do:
