2014 NFL Division Power Rankings – Week 6

8. NFC South

Average Power Ranking:  21.5

Collective Record8-12

  1. Carolina Panthers (3-2) – Defeated the Chicago Bears at home 31-24.
  2. Atlanta Falcons (2-3) – Were beaten on the road by the New York Giants 30-20.
  3. New Orleans Saints (2-3) – Defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 37-31 at home.
  4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-4) – Were beaten on the road by the New Orleans Saints 37-31.

This division is wide open as it seems the top three teams have a legitimate shot at winning it.  Carolina leads but both the Falcons and Saints have the offenses to cause them problems.  The Buccaneers offense is working better with Mike Glennon at quarterback.  We’ll have to see how they progress.
