Redskins vs. Buccaneers: Five Redskins who Flashed

Here is a list of Redskins players who Flashed.  Meaning stood out from the rest in the 24-10 preseason victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

5.  Ryan Grant, wide receiver – 6-0, 199 – The rookie was impressive once again as he had 5 receptions for 74 yards and 1 TD against the Bucs.  Grant continues to show off his great hands and route running ability and stood out against the Bucs secondary.  He also displayed great body control as he made some nice catches while tip toeing on the sidelines.

4.  Silas Redd, running back – 5-10, 200 – Redd may be the second hardest runner on the Redskins roster behind Alfred Morris.  He always seems to get a little bit extra out each run and it was no different in this game.  Redd can run over you or around you and he made a good statement for himself that he deserves to make the team with 14 carries for 79 yards rushing and 1 TD.
