It seems the more rookie offensive tackle Morgan Moses plays he learns a little more than he knew before. In his first preseason game against the New England Patriots, Moses started the game off a bit shaky with a holding penalty and he had some plays where he allowed some pressure on the Redskins quarterbacks. But as the game went on Moses became more comfortable and started trusting in his technique and his performance slowly improved. Then in the second preseason game against the Cleveland Browns, Morgan Moses’ game took another jump up as he looked much better moving his feet and he seemed to catch up more with the speed of the game and the pass rushers.
Now in the third preseason game against the Ravens, Moses will play more on the right side and the coaching staff will get an even greater chance to evaluate his game. And Moses will get a chance to continue to improve his on his technique and apply what he’s learned against some good Ravens defensive players.
I think Morgan Moses has a chance to either make move up the depth chart in these remaining preseason games and let the coaching staff’s confidence grow in him. Or show the coaches that he’s still not ready and should remain where he is right now. Which is a very talented but developmental prospect. Redskins vs. Ravens
