4.  Jordan Matthews, 6-3, 212 – wide receiver – Philadelphia Eagles – The Eagles cut their top wide receiver DeSean Jackson in the offseason, so they will be looking for someone to step in and help make up for what they lose with Jackson.  Matthews can’t replace what DeSean Jackson gave to the Eagles, but he has good size and that will give the Eagles a dimension at receiver they haven’t had in a while.    NFC East
