Countdown to Camp – Redskins position group Rankings

9.  Safeties – The Redskins have some young prospects at the position like Bacarri Rambo and Philip Thomas, but for now it’s two veterans at the top of the depth chart.  Brandon Meriweather and Ryan Clark seem to be the starters heading into training camp.  I think the Redskins would have liked to have added more talent along with Clark to the position in the offseason, but for now they’ll have to work with what they have.  Veteran Tanard Jackson returns also from suspension, and will compete for a spot.
