4.  Philadelphia Eagles: The loss of DeSean Jackson will definitely hurt the Eagles receiving unit, but head coach Chip Kelly doesn’t think it will be that big of a blow.  He gets back the services of Jeremy Maclin from injury to be his number one receiver, and Riley Cooper had a great 2013 season.  They drafted rookie Jordan Matthews out of Vanderbilt, and he should provide good depth.  But it remains to be seen how the loss of Jackson will affect the Eagles offense.  An injury to either Maclin or Cooper could be disastrous.
