3.  Brandon Jenkins, OLB – 6-2, 251 – The Redskins drafted Brandon Jenkins last season in the 5th round.  Since he was coming off of a Lisfranc injury at Florida State the thinking was that the injury hurt his draft stock, and the Redskins might be getting a steal at outside linebacker.  However, Jenkins suffered an ankle injury early last season, and he ended up not playing much at all.  But reports say that Jenkins has improved over the offseason, and so have his chances at making the team.
