28.  Carolina Panthers –  Kelvin Benjamin, WR – Florida State: The Panthers had a need for a wide receiver, and they got one of the biggest in the draft in Kelvin Benjamin.  Grade:  B+

27.  Arizona Cardinals –  Deone Bucannon, S – Washington State:  The Cardinals needed to get another safety and Bucannon is a good one.  However, this is a little high for him, so that lowers the grade.  Grade:  B  

26. Philadelphia Eagles –  Marcus Smith, OLB – Louisville:  The Eagles needed an outside linebacker, but Marcus Smith was rated as a second round pick, so I think the Eagles could have gotten him a lot later in the draft, and that lowers the grade.  Grade: C

25.  San Diego Chargers – Jason Verrett, CB – TCU:  The Chargers needed a corner, and the got a good one at the right value area in Verrett.  Grade:  A
