16. Riley Cooper, WR – Philadelphia Eagles: (6-3, 222), re-signed – 5-years – $25 million, Age: 26 – Cooper had a break out season in 2013 in Chip Kelly’s offense.  He has good size, and speed, but now that DeSean Jackson is gone even more will be expected from Cooper.

15.  Shawn Lauvao, OG – Washington Redskins: (6-3, 315), 4-years – $17 miIllion, Age: 26 – New Redskins head coach Jay Gruden wants to add more size to the offensive line and Shawn Lauvao will help with that.  Also, the interior of the offensive line struggled in pass protection, and this one of the things that Lauvao excels at.
