12.  Adam Hayward, ILB:  (6-1, 240), 3-year – $3 million, Age: 29 – The Redskins needed desperately to upgrade their coverage units on special teams, and Adam Hayward is one of the best special teams players in the NFL.  He will add a tremendous boost there, and he also has experience as a starter.

11.  Darryl Sharpton, ILB: (5-11, 235), 1-year – $2 million, Age: 26 – Sharpton has starting experience at inside linebacker when he was with the Houston Texans, and will more than likely fill the other inside linebacker spot next to Perry Riley for the Redskins.  He’s on a 1-year deal, so he will need to have good season to get a long-term deal.
