14.  Rob Jackson, OLB:  (6-4, 266), 1-year deal, Age: 28 – The Redskins were thin depth wise at outside linebacker, but the Jackson has proved to be a good reserve and his return strengthens the Redskins there.  He has experience as a starter and is good in coverage and rushing the passer.  NFL Free Agency

13.  Brandon Meriweather, S:  (5-11, 197), 1-year deal, Age: 30 – Meriweather was a starter at safety for the Redskins last season, and will compete to be a starter again in 2014.  He brings experience, and adds depth at the position.
