Positions of need

So now it’s down to the draft to fill a few holes.  What is our most pressing need once the dust has settled on the free agent signing frenzy?  A speedy, tall #2 receiver to play opposite Pierre Garcon or a young, athletic stud to replace London Fletcher?

Nose Tackle

Maybe a space eating 3-4 NT to draw double teams or to help out our struggling secondary.  As we know, we don’t have a first round pick so our banker, cannot afford a bust, top pick comes at #34. Who is likely to be available?  I like the imposing figure of Ra’Shede Hageman, the NT from Minnesota. Hageman is 6′ 6” and weighs in at 310 lbs.

With Hatcher, Bowen, and Cofield all around the 30 age, an infusion of youth is needed and he may be around when the Redskins pick.  I’m also not convinced about the impact Hatcher will have.
