14.  Julian Edelman, WR – New England Patriots: (5-10, 198) Age: 27 – Tag Number – $11,539,000.  Likelihood of being Tagged – Not Likely.  The Redskins could use an upgrade at slot receiver.  Santana Moss can play slot, but he’s better on the outside.  Edelman would be a good complement to the Redskins passing attack, and give RGIII another reliable target.  LW # 8
