4. Steven Jackson, RB – Atlanta Falcons - When the Atlanta Falcons signed Steven Jackson as a free agent last offseason, many people thought he was the missing piece to get the Falcons to the Super Bowl.  But there would be no Super Bowl in Atlanta, as Jackson could only manage 543 yards rushing, on a disappointing 3.5 yards per carry.  And while the Falcons had injuries along their offensive line which more than likely hurt Jackson’s performance, much more was expected from him by the Falcons this season.
