5. Robert Griffin III, QB – Washington Redskins - Robert Griffin III was NFL Rookie of the Year in 2012, and given his performance that season, many expected that type of performance in 2013.  But it wasn’t to be, as the torn ACL RGIII suffered was too much of an obstacle for him to improve upon what he did in 2012, and he regressed some this season.  Also the pressure of losing seemed to get to Griffin, as there were a occasions where he was perceived to misspeak about teammates and coaches in press conferences.  However, with a full off-season and a new scheme on offense, RGIII has a good chance to bounce back next season.
