3. Jim Caldwell, offensive coordinator – Baltimore Ravens – The Redskins have also scheduled an interview with Jim Caldwell.  Caldwell succeeded Tony Dungy as head coach of the Indianapolis Colts in 2009.  After winning two AFC North Division titles in 2019 and 2010, the Colts went 2-14 in 2011 and Caldwell was fired.  His record with the Colts was 26-22 in three seasons.  He became the offensive coordinator for the Ravens late in 2012 and he helped turn around their offense which led to the winning the Super Bowl.   Redskins head coaching candidates.
