10. Garcon Breaks Monk’s record – Before this season many skeptics around the league questioned whether or not Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon was a true number one receiver.  I don’t think that can be questioned now, as Garcon proved to be the most reliable target Redskins quarterbacks had this season, and he did so in a big way.  Garcon broke hall of famer Art Monk’s single season reception record of 106 catches by setting a new mark at 113 for the 2013 season.
