Cowboys vs. Redskins.  This is a tale of the tape style, statistical comparison between the Washington Redskins and the Dallas Cowboys leading up their Week 16 contest.  We also examine which has the advantage in key categories over the other.

The Redskins lead the Cowboys in twelve statistical categories 7-5.   The Redskins have the advantage on offense, and on defense.  The Cowboys defense is the worst in the league, so that by far has to be the main reason they don’t have a better record.  However, being that this is a rivalry game, the Cowboys defense will more than likely play much better than it ranking against the Redskins.

The Cowboys are 4-0 in the NFC East the season and the Redskins are 0-4.  The Cowboys have been very good in the division this season, and that may play a key role in this matchup.
