8.  Minnesota Vikings – Blake Bortles, QB – UCF:  The Vikings need a QB plain and simple.  And Bortles helped turn UCF into a big winner this season.    Previous Pick: Derek Carr, QB – Fresno State

7.  Tampa Bay Buccaneers –  Cyrus Kouandjio, OT – Alabama:  Mike Glennon looks like the starter for the time being, so the Bucs take a tackle.  Previous pick:  Same

6.  Cleveland Browns -  Johnny Manziel, QB – Texas A&M:  The top QB’s are off the board, so the Browns take a pass rusher.  Previous Pick:   Anthony Barr, DE – UCLA

5.  Atlanta Falcons -  Anthony Barr, DE – UCLA:  The Falcons need a pass rusher and Clowney is a no-brainer.  Previous Pick:  Jadeveon Clowney, DE – South Carolina

4.  Jacksonville Jaguars -  Jadeveon Clowney, DE – South Carolina:  The top QB’s are off the board, so the Jags take the top wide receiver.       Previous Pick:  Sammy Watkins, WR – Clemson

3.  Oakland Raiders  -  Derek Carr, QB – Fresno State:  The Raiders need to settle their QB position, and Carr fits the Raiders image.   Previous Pick: Johnny Manziel, QB – Texas A&M

2.  St. Louis Rams (from Washington)Jake Matthews, OT – Texas A&MIf the Rams move forward with Sam Bradford at QB, they need more protection for him.       Previous Pick:  Same 

1.  Houston Texans – Teddy Bridgewater, QB – Louisville:  The Texans need a QB, and Bridgewater is the top rated WB on the board.  Previous Pick:  Same
