The Redskins faithful was stunned when RG3 was sidelined with what looked to be a severe knee injury in Sunday’s win over the Baltimore Ravens.  Likewise, there was a collective sigh of relief when it was reported that his injury wasn’t season ending.

However, his status is unknown for Sunday’s tilt with the Cleveland Browns writes Mike Florio:

The good news for Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin is that an MRI on his right knee shows no serious ligament damage.

The bad news is that he could still miss a game because of it.

Per a source with knowledge of the situation, Griffin will get treatment and will be evaluated in the coming days.  His status for next Sunday’s game against the orange-hot Browns is up in the air.
