It is clear who the 1st half MVP is for the Washington Redskins. That person is Brandon Meriweather, who is playing his first game since being injured in the Tampa Bay pre game warm ups. Brandon has netted 4 tackles and an interception, but most importantly sparked a Redskins defense that has struggled all season. There is a change in the Redskins play calling as well with more blitzes being called to get pressure on the Eagles rookie quarterback. The fresh looking Redskins go into the half up, 17-3 and get the ball to start the 2nd half.
