		<description>Hi, uh, so I am the photographer that took that picture attached to the article (back in 2005), and I don&#039;t know that I have ever given consent for it to be used, especially for this.  I&#039;d appreciate it if maybe you could contact me about this?  It&#039;s not a stock photograph or anything, it was part of a contest, and I don&#039;t think that qualifies for fair use.  There are plenty of other invisible man pictures out there and I&#039;m sure you could find another one to use, I just don&#039;t feel comfortable with this.
