I want to see us grow with players like London, players that leave it all out on every play, hate hate hate to lose and that commit to the team first, above all else. If you look at the franchises that are in there, year in year out, the Indianapolis' (well, at least prior to this year) New England's, Pittsburgh's, New Orleans', they are "teams" , filled with "team first" guys not individuals.
