		<description>Good comments, but the real key is, they must all compete for their jobs. 

That is SO not the traditional NFL way or the Press way or the Fans way. 

Everyone wants to be able to say &quot;this guy is the guy&quot;.  The reality should 

be, they compete, clear vision, clean sheet of paper.  May the best player

win.  Youth, and the best performance, gets us the future.  Holding on to 

old players who are favorites, but are not able to do the job at the top of

THEIR game, are the death of OUR game. 

 

Rebuilding is the thing now.
