Redskins will beat Seattle, I guarantee it

Sure, my opinion may not be worth as much as a well dressed advertiser that guarantees that you’ll like the way you look, but you should hear me out.

Seattle is terrible, they may just be the worst 4-6 team of all time. Their offense has more of a problem converting third downs than we do, at 31.7% as opposed to our 35.5%.

They have Tavaris Jackson at quarterback. This is the same guy that couldn’t get a pass off in Minnesota, they bring over his favorite target with him and still no production. Tavaris has been the leading passer in three games all year and one of which his 197 yards beat out Alex Smith’s 124.

Marshawn Lynch is good, but he isn’t that good. Our Roy Helu is actually averaging over a full yard more per carry than Lynch at 4.9.

Both defenses are struggling, but we have playmakers. The Seahawks and Redskins are in a dead heat in most major defensive statistical categories including yards, points and third down conversions allowed.

The Redskins put up 24 on a very good Cowboys defense. Rex won’t see the kind of pressure he did against Dallas and the Seahawks don’t have nearly the firepower on offense. Washington is in the midst of a six-game skid and if there were any team on their remaining schedule to “get well” against it’s these Seattle Seahawks. I believe the Redskins will go into Seattle and not only win, but win big.
