Redskins remain humble in victory

After yesterday’s 28-14 victory over the New York Giants the Redskins were granted a “Victory Monday” day off by Coach Shanahan. However the undisputed leader in the locker room, London Fletcher said on his teammates behalf that they wanted to come into work and get ready for the Cardinals.

This attitude is a good foundation for this team as many had felt this team would not amount to much. The willingness to work may not make them a better team overnight but is a critical building block for a team that looks to improve and achieve more than what it was given credit for.
