Redskins QB, Donovan McNabb, works out with the Eagles

If things couldn’t get any weirder, they have.  Thanks to Brent from Brooding Burgundy, we have learned that McNabb is working with the Philadelphia Eagles at their players only camp.

The Redskins blog offered some insight to this most odd situation.

While McNabb wouldn’t comment on his situation with the Redskins, everyone else seems to know all about that.

Nonetheless, what your thoughts on this?

Bad move by McNabb. Part of me was hoping he would be back. And before I get slapped for that comment I have to say. Lets be realistic.. The skins were not going to the playoffs, Rex knew the system inside and out and it was right to give him a chance. All the sudden McNabb is out of Washington even though he only had 1 season under his belt? Kinda seems unfair to a proven vet. But this story just shows that he is is alienated from Washington. I really hope Beck is not the answer..

Lets not blow this out of proportion…He lived there for YEARS!!! He couldve just been working out with some guys he’s familiar with in a town where he lives. Just like the U of Miami players chose to workout there…just like Tryon worked out with the Redskins instead of in Indy with his team. Maybe if we start showing McNabb some love he’ll feel wanted. Everybody is quick to say he is gone but dont have the slightest clue. Let that man enjoy his off season and hope he can come back and finish the business he came here to take care of. #HTTR follow me @The_SkinsSource
