Washington has averaged 7 & 9 for the 12 seasons he's owned the team (86 & 106)winning only 44.8% of the regular season games! 2. He's gone through 7 Head Coaches in 12 seasons (Turner,Robiskie, Schottenheimer, Spurrier, Gibbs, Zorn and Shanahan)! 3. They Averaged 304 points scored a season (most=359, least=240)! 4. They Averaged 324 points scored by opposition (most=377, least=269)! 5. The overall points differential in that time is -24! 6. Only 3 of the 13 seasons (and 2 separate coaches to boot) have had winning records: --> Joe Gibbs in 2007 (9 & 7) --> Joe Gibbs in 2005 (10 & 9) --> Norv Turner in 1999 (10 & 6) 7. Never have the Skins broken more than 10 wins since Snyder has been the owner (3 winning campaigns and 3 .500 campaigns to boot). It's pretty obvious that Dan Snyder has no clue how to assemble, and carry, a Professional Football Team... I am sorry to say it as I've always liked the Skins (even though Live in New England, Love the Patriots and also Love the AZ Cardinals since Plummer was their QB). Sorry to sound so anti-Skins... I blame it all on Snyder.. All the FA's he brings in are mostly busts.. He needs to build from the Draft and infuse this team with youth instead of paying out the nose under his idiotic assumption of "Winning Now".. Haynesworth's name has popped up on different sites under Patriots talk as a guy they should target.. I've had my doubts and after being reminded of just how much of a man-child he is, thanks to your article, I'm relieved that this isn't the type of personality Bill Belichick wants in his club house. I feel sorry for Skins fans on the whole.. All those great Joe Gibbs teams (under Kent as owner)and then Danial Snyder comes along and the legacy is blacked out in lieu of the Three Ring Circus known as The Washington Redskins the last decade plus.. I feel for you and the rest of the Skins fans..
