A lot of NFL players have worked extremely hard for years so guys like Haynesworth can get the contracts they get...if they have the talent. Outside of the franchise/coach/player relationship, The NFL player's themselves need to hold their bif "star" teammates accountable for giving a day's work for a day's pay. These guys like Haynesworth and Jamarcus Russell continue to laydown once the guaranteed money is large enough and the check clears. If star players continue to do that...they are ripping off their fellow NFL players because guaranteed money will start to go away for everyone.
