Packers - Redskins: Washington Offense is Horrible Through 3 Quarters

What does Green Bay want to do?  Run, pass, gain 500 yards, get 20 first downs?  So far, it’s been Christmas and the Redskins are Santa Clause.  And that’s just when the Packers are on offense.  When they’re on defense, the Redskins go 3 and out, 5 and out, 6 and out, etc.  Washington has looked impotent.  Wait a minute – the 4th quarter started and it became a different game.

Can you play for one quarter and beat the Packers?  I doubt it when you  have to beat the refs too.  The no-calls are starting to add up.  A hold on Cooley on a 4th down play, a late hit out of bounds on Banks, and two hideous interference plays against Cooley and Moss where the defenders ran right through them.  No call, no call, no call.  Ridiculous.  Washington found a way to overcome both.  And, they even defeated  their dropped passes and Donovan’s misses.   Unfortunately, that only got them a tie.  Overtime looms.
