Skins at Jets, what am I looking for?

In one word, execution.  The last game versus the Ravens, the Skins proved that the first team knew how to fight on the ropes.  They were about dead even in the stat with the Ravens in terms of offense. However the score, 13-3 at the half, was the one stat that matters.

Tonight versus the New York Jets, we need to see this team execute.  We already know that Donovan McNabb will not play.  Should we expect a drop-off from him to Grossman? Of course, but that doesn’t mean that we should see a drop off in execution.  Players need to do well to make this team and earn their roster spots.  This game is imperitive for the Willie Parkers, the Larry Johnsons, and Devin Thomas’ of the team.

We will also see a game plan facilitated by Shanahan and his staff executed for the first time.  How will Kyle Shanahan’s offense fair versus another stout defense in the New York Jets.  If ever was there a measuring stick for how well this team can or could do, it is tonight.
