A few notes heading into camp.

Various reports confirmed Albert Haynesworth was at the Redskins facility today. Haynesworth reportedly met with head coach Mike Shanahan.

Two notes worth mentioning: Haynesworth looked significantly “slimmer”. It remains to be seen if he is shape. He will still required to take a physical. That will determine if he is fit to play.

The second item is he will not practice with the the first team heading into camp. That was stated and confirmed by Shanahan.

Carlos Rogers will signed his tender ($1.54 mil)and will be expected to be at practice tomorrow. Defensive coordinator, Jim Hasslett said that Rogers would play nickel back in nickel packages because Hasslett feels Rogers can get picks.
