Roethlisberger Case To Go To DA

NFL PLAYERS VIP Party

Another page in the latest Ben Roethlisberger saga continues, as his case will now be processed to the DA’s office.

PFT.com reports:

According to the Associated Press, the case has been referred to District Attorney Fred Bright.  Bright will eventually decide based on the investigation whether to present the matter to a grand jury.

But while it’s widely believed that a grand jury can be persuaded to indict a ham sandwich, the question that Bright needs to ask himself is whether he thinks he can get a conviction — and whether he has the desire to face a Dream Team-style defense effort led by attorney Ed Garland.
