Does 1-A mean, he is 1-A and Portis is 1. Or He is 1-A and Portis is 1-B. Also if he is flying in, and the ticket is one way. Does that mean he is almost a sure thing, or are the Redskins just trying to save money and he will just get a rental to go back to Pittsburgh?
