The next owner could try to move the team, change its name, or be really stingy with money. I'd rather stick with the guy who has the money and is willing to invest in the team. He can, at least theoretically, change his behavior. His problems are fixable. The Redskins owner is a problem, but Oakland, Detroit, Cincy, and Cleveland all would probably argue that there are worse things out there than Dan Snyder. Besides, he's not going to sell. I know Mr. Snyder wants to create a winner, and has put his money where his mouth is. But you have to wonder if he'd let a General Manager do his job even if he did hire one.
