Thanks for the comments. When I posted this Lynch was still an active member of the Broncos roster and had not made his desires public. Given Lynch's desire to be a three down player, I'm not sure he'd work out. Though I'd be entirely willing to give him a try out to see. Given the showing our safeties made in the first half of the HoF game, I'm definitely hoping we are scanning the waiver wire this month.

Oh, and the history of injury doesn't really bother me assuming he's healthy now. A physical will easily determine that.

I agree. At the right price, Lynch might make sense. However these are my Comments and questions.

1. Wasn't Lynch released by the Broncos? Hence the Skins shouldn't have to give anything up except for a roster spot and a few bucks.

2. Lynch wanted out of Denver because he was going to be used in the box as you suggest... only on 1st downs (typical running play). I think he wants to play with a team that will make him a 3 down player. Not sure many teams will give him that.. and I think he would only make that compromise if he hazd a great chance of winning the super bowl (Playing for the Pats.

3. Lynch has a history of concussions and neck problems.
