Great interview. My .02: The legacy stands intact. Gibbs first term had far less damage to undo and a far better foundation to build upon. JKC stood out of the way (as good owners do) and Bobby Bethard frustrated us all by trading away 1st round picks only to come up with great talent year-after-year. Gibbs 2nd term came on the heels of over a decade of futility. In the Turner/Shotty/Spurrier erea, we went to the playoffs once. Joe Gibbs shows up, and we go to the playoffs twice in 4 years. Bottom line: he did well, but leaves the team as a work-in-progress.My hope is that we hire Russ Grimm. He played under Gibbs, he was coached by Joe Bugel, and he coached with Bill Cowher. I think he's the right man (or should I say Hog) for the job and he will be a fan favorite. I want to keep Gregg Williams right where he is, but I'll understand if he wants to move on.

Great interview. And I definitely recommend the book, which is awesome. I'd love to see Russ back, but like MR, I'm not sure now is the right time to shake everything up. Give Williams a try and if he doesn't work out we can look to get Cowher (who might be more willing to come back in a year) or Grimm (who will probably still be available). I'm not holding my breath for Williams to be a great head coach (his record stinks) but I think we need some consistency right now for Campbell and the rest of our team. It's not the right time to rebuild.
