If he does really well, great. If he's a failure, we can go for Cowher (or Grimm) next year when he's more willing to return and we've had more time to plan and prepare and do it properly.  I just don't like making drastic changes after a good season because we were forced to do it. I'd rather it was on our terms.  That said, I'll be happy if we get Cowher or Grimm.  I do NOT want Carroll.  Carroll is good in the college game where he belongs, but can't hack it in the NFL.
