It's nice to see someone stick up for Joe.  He's a personal hero of mine and I hate to see him picked on constantly by knee-jerk reactionary idiots.  I'm always ashamed when I hear a Redskins fans get down on him. That's not to say that he's perfect. Far from it.  As you mentioned there's some real problems going on with the coaching staff.  I don't know enough of the situation to know why it's happening, but it pains me to see such a great man struggling like this.  I only hope he can find a way to right the ship and lead us back to victory.
