In what is likely the least important roster move to ever be announced by any team at any time, the Redskins announced that they signed veteran fullback Fred Beasley. Yawn. The only people interested in this are probably Beasley’s wife and kids who have to move across the country and Pete Schmitt who is likely going to be cut.
On another note, yesterday I reported that the NFL network said that we were trading a conditional 2009 pick. In fact, Jason La Confora reported that it is a 2008 5th rounder or a 2009 4th rounder if Kendall plays 80% of the snaps.
